In the case of a return of a quality product due to an unsuitable size, color, style, only the cost of the items is returned. Shipping and delivery costs to the warehouse address are not compensated.

2. By our courier. If your address is within the Moscow Ring Road, contact us at any messenger, we will issue an application to collect the items. The cost of the service is 350 rubles.

3. By yourself. Bring the items to our P.P.S. corner in Trend Island at Aviapark mall by the address: Metro Airport, Khodynsky Boulevard, 4, 3rd floor (next to the Double B coffee shop). Take your receipt or order form with you. Please note that here you can return the items, but a refund is carried out in a non-cash way by the online store. 

Please write to us in any messenger about your desire to make a refund and the date of arrival at the Aviapark mall. Without advance notice, employees of Aviapark Mall Trend Island may refuse to accept returns.

The items must have its original appearance, packaging in which it was handed over to the buyer, all labels and tags. There should be no traces of using.

Refund depends on the option the order was paid:

1. Online payment on the site - the refund will be made to the same card with which the payment was made.

2. Payment upon receipt to the courier or at the pick-up point – the refund will be made to the current account.

After we receive the items and check the marketable condition, we will return the money within 10 calendar days. The term for crediting funds to a card or current account depends on the service bank.

3. Pay by cash or by card at a department store – a refund in cash or to the card with which payment was made at the department store where the purchase was made.

Return of faulty or damaged items

If we sent the product with defects or put the wrong size or model, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase, write to us in any messenger or e-mail us: help@pps-office.com, indicate the order number in the letter and attach a photo of the defected item (tagged, photo of the whole product). We will contact you to resolve the issue. In case of delivery of faulty or damaged items, we will compensate the cost of delivery and postage.
